To ensure an exceptional experience for all our clients, we kindly invite you to read our cancellation and delay policies prior to your appointment.

At Vanity Salon & SPA, we understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.
Please be aware that if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will not be refundable. This is because it’s a challenge for us to fill that slot in such a short time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which helps us maintain a high-quality service for all our clients.
At Vanity Salon & SPA, we greatly value your time, as well as that of our other clients and our partners.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and may sometimes cause delays.
If you realize that you’re going to be late for your appointment, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule and ensure that all our clients receive timely and high-quality service.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service you had scheduled. We will do our best to offer a modified version of the service in the remaining time, but we want to ensure that all our clients receive the full and dedicated attention they deserve.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may need to reschedule your service. In this case, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your deposit due to the short notice to fill the appointment slot.
Similarly, if we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “No Show” and your deposit will not be refundable.
